Our Parkour program offers all the athleticism of a gymnastics class, the discipline of a martial arts class, and the excitement of freestyle movement! Empire Athletics Parkour is currently accepting boys & girls ages 8 and up.
Parkour Class offered Tuesdays 5:00 – 6:00 pm!
